Arm Care & Strengthening Program
The complete program that has helped pitchers across the country gain an average of 6.7 mph
in JUST 12 weeks.  Some pitchers improved 12 + miles per hour in 9 months!

WHAT IS IT?
The arm care velocity program is a 3 month workout that incorporates band
work, medicine ball throws, a conditioning program, and a weighted ball throwing program.

WHEN IS IT? 2x per week, on the following days: Tuesday (7:30-9:00), Thursday (7:30-9:00),
Saturday (6:00- 7:30), Sunday (6:00-7:30). These will be the ONLY times offered. We do not
own the facility anymore, so your son’s schedule must fit in this time frame.  The program
will begin October 4 and go until December 30th.

WHERE IS IT?  The program will be held at the Beaver County SportsZone in Ambridge, Pa.
Aaron Jamery, Nate Nery, Brian Holliday, Sean Holliday, and Doug Piatt will be running this
program throughout the fall.  They are all coaches/ instructors of SportsZone Baseball
Academy.

HOW WILL THIS HELP MY SON?  This program incorporates bands, and medicine balls to
improve overall core strength.  Core strength is very important in any sport that you play.
We also use ‘weighted’ throwing balls to increase shoulder strength, which in turn increases
arm speed= MORE VELOCITY!!  We also do a conditioning program at the end of every
workout.  If you have been one of the top pitchers on your team, then we highly recommend
this program.  If overall baseball strength/ with balance and conditioning, is what your son
needs, then this program will be a great help.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?  $250          (32 maximum # of kids)
