Class Description:
Players will learn proper fundamentals and mechanics of pitching while developing alternative pitches
like the curveball, the change-up, the sinker, and others. An increased importance is placed on proper
arm angle and body mechanics to increase velocity and movement of pitches while decreasing the
chances of arm injury.
Class Cost: Non-Members: $99
Members: $0 (2 Free Specialty Programs, $49 per class
for every class taken over the 2 free intial)
Class Length: 60 minute classes for 4 weeks.
